These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between Yuqie Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“user”, “you”), governing your access to and use of the mobile game Tic Tac Eli (the “Game”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable platform policies and local laws.
Tic Tac Eli is a free casual puzzle game rated 3+ for all age groups. The Game is designed solely for user entertainment.
No In-App Purchases, No Paid Subscriptions, No Rewarded Advertisements, No Virtual Currency, No In-Game Rewards.
The Game only displays three types of advertisements: splash screen ads, banner ads, and interstitial ads. Viewing advertisements will not generate any in-game rewards, props, game coins, or unlock any game privileges.
This Game is suitable for users aged 3 and above. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you shall use the Game under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian.
We do not provide services for users under the minimum age required by local laws, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors in violation of child protection regulations.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

We reserve the right to update game content, optimize game experience, adjust game level difficulty, fix bugs, and perform regular server maintenance without prior individual user notification.
Temporary service interruption, flash crash, or function abnormality caused by maintenance, system upgrade, network failure, or device system adaptation problems do not constitute a breach of service agreement, and we do not provide any form of compensation.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the Game will operate uninterrupted, error-free, fully compatible with all mobile devices, or meet all user's expected effects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the Game.
You may terminate your use of the Game at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device.
We may terminate or suspend your right to use the Game at any time if you violate these Terms, Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Guidelines, or relevant laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on our official website https://deepwee.com. Your continued use of the Game after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Our game is a casual puzzle entertainment product with no real-money gambling, no loot boxes, no in-app purchases, no paid gambling-related items and no opportunity to win real-world cash or prizes.
We advocate healthy and moderate game usage for all players aged 3+. Parents are recommended to reasonably control children’s daily game time and arrange rest properly to avoid excessive gaming.
